The vineyard at Glen-Forest Tourist Park was established in 1997.

Stage one developed in 1997, 25 acres of varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz. Stage two developed in 1998, 25 acres of the same varieties. Stage three developed in 1999, 10 acres of the same varieties, this expanded the vineyard to 60 acres in total.
 
At this stage all wine is contracted to Penfolds Wines, which is part of Southcorp Wines.
 
Cellar Doors and wine trades will be developed in the near future.
